I just don't understand the lack of driving skills and the chances some of these drivers take.Every driver and passenger takes a chance just being on the road. And it's going to get worse with all the added electronic distractions that most people just can't do without even while driving. :(
It appears the chances of your number coming up while on the road has better odds than your number hitting the lottery. :E
