Still interested in the off-road suspensions. Seems to me that what you want is not stiffer, heavier springs. You want soft springs, long travel, good shocks. Stiffer springs just beat up the trailer superstructure. Might need sway bars or something to control lean on a corner.

So what do they use? Leaf springs?
