Just renewed for year #2.... $725.88. Seems steep , but what's a miser like me 'sposed to do... ??? So, how goes the State pick-pocket in yer' neck-o-the-woods ??? there's a tear in my beer.....

I would just go buy a handful of 3 day trip permits at $15 each when we local camped and the tabs were $300. OP check it out I bet you would be money ahead.
The Trip Permit evasion tactic did work but it could be costly if you got caught as the RCW has language concerning tax evasion and use more than a few times on the same vehicle in a certain time span.
