Two TT's and now 5er. You lose bed space but it depends on what you need it for. If it's for normal camping gear then all that can go in the 5er basement. If you have a long bed then you have 3'+ in front of the 5th hitch to haul firewood, water jugs etc. The 5er will tow hands down easier. Hitching is also easier. Not faster, just easier. Unless you have 4-6 pt leveling. A 30' 5er with the truck will be 4' shorter overall than a comparable TT. You can turn around sharper with a 5er also. You can't turn 90* with a TT. Extra steps up to the bedroom in the 5er. That bothers some, mostly those that are not in good shape. One other thing that I like about having a 5er is that when I am hitched up and still needing access to the storage on both sides I'm able to walk under the 5er between the 5er and truck to get to both. With a TT you either have to climb over the tongue or walk around the truck or TT.
