Most of the important things have been at least mentioned. No sway is a biggie. Also, it has been years since I had a TT, but I honestly don't see how anyone can consistently hook up a TT as fast as a fiver. Recently helped a friend move his 30 ft TT, move the tv multiple times to align the ball, raise and lower the tongue multiple times getting the bars right, etc. But ignoring that, the ride was terrible by comparison. Even with weight distribution, vertical leverage and motion was much worse than my old 2500HD and 2000 lbs heavier fiver. Bottom line, between more sway and bounce (and my advancing years), I would most certainly tow less with a TT than with a fiver. Might make an interesting poll of driver's age vs. miles towed/yr comparing TT and fiver.
