Ditto, that's what the right lane is for.
If you are on low volume rural freeways, that's fine. Drivers coming up behind you have plenty of time to assess the situation and get around you safely.
In a congested urban freeway, doing 15-20mph under the prevailing speeds is dangerous both for you and for others, so don't be a jerk and keep up with traffic.
If no congestion, we shoot for around 60-65mph.
