90's era fifth wheels....what brand do you like?

At that age, who took care of it, and how well, matters more then who made it.
I once saw a 20year old Fleetwood that looked like it had just rolled off the show-room floor.
I also have seen a three year old New Horizon (which I would argue is better then your list) that was trashed to the point where it was on a no-name bargain RV dealer's lot.
