I always check my tire pressure before I leave. Even doing this it did not prevent 3 blowouts in the past year. After the third blowout, we bought the TireMinder Tire pressure monitor. It also monitors the temperature of the tires. I can also use it when towing my Jeep, utility trailer and boat trailer. Just purchased a new RV and now we hope we can catch a problem before it happens.
