Another vote for FRF, there are some reps that hand out there (depeding on brand) and you should be able to find contact info for each brand as well.

I spoke with 2 real people there about a month ago in search of replacement decals. The 2nd real person told me he would send me a link to decal options by the end of that day. Never heard from them again. My fault for not getting an actual direct number to him and not remembering his name.

I, too, was going to suggest the FROG forum.
