Truck broke down in Wyoming and called AAA. We didn't have RV coverage. A service truck (AAA approved)was in the rest area (pickup)working on a semi. He thought we needed a fuel filter and he drove to Laramie to pick up filter and drove a large wrecker back to the rest area that would pull the truck and fifth wheel in case the filter was not the problem. He then followed us to make sure the filter worked. It did and it cost $200. But if we had required towing the truck and fifth wheel to the nearest campground and then the truck to a dealer/repair shop, we had to pay the extra. We were lucky that particular service guy was at the rest stop but AAA would have arranged the tow but we would have to pay. I now carry an extra filter.
