Looking at buying 5th wheel. Are the ones with one 15 btu sufficient or do I need to look for 2.

Depends on what you buy, and where/when you plan on traveling. A good unit will suffice with a small trailer, but you really need two for a bigger trailer or if you're going to be traveling in the south in the summer.
