The picture is too close for me to see the system in its entirety. Clearly it looks like that is some kind of adjustment bolt. Although it seems too small of a bolt to control the weight of the slide out. I assume there would be many of them at that small size.
It also appears the photo shows the further in portion of the slide out assembly. I suspect there is another more significant adjustment on the opposite end where the slide actually bolts to the mechanism. That is where the weight is and where the slide is actually dragging. At least that was the case on mine.
It is hard to give advice from a few photos when I am not an rv tech. I am just a guy that has adjusted his slide a couple of times with success.
FYI, For a lift jig, I used two vertical 5 feet 2x6's with 12 inch 2x4 screwed on top. Then I used two floor jacks to gently lift the slide out while it was fully extended. The jacks were lifting as close as possible to the rv. I crawled inside under the slide room frame and loosened the 4 large adjustment bolts on the outside edge of the slide mechanism, raised the slide slightly, and tightened the bolts. I had to do this several times to get the correct clearance. The slack in the slide mechanism caused the slide clearances to change each time the jacks were removed. After several attempts, I finally got the clearance I was looking for. This is what I did on mine. All seems well now.
