Air bags improved ride while not towing?
I have a 2009 2500 HD Duramax.... I'm thinking about installing air bags and am wondering if while not towing do they improve the ride of the truck. You know less jarring....smoother ride etc ??????

The difference in ride between stock, and 5 psi in the bags is about the difference with the spare under the bed, or on the garage floor. At 5 psi they are supporting about 50 lbs, there is far more change empty from shocks, loaded it is airbags. Most trucks without overloads loaded ride better with airbags then stock.
