Personally I don't believe Roadmaster will have much effect on the vertical lift support of your truck. There are several inaccuracies in the Roadmaster table.
I have Airlift airbags and know the pair is capable of lifting 5000#. I have seen a demo of airbags lift capabilities and it is very impressive.
Roadmaster does not publish weight value improvements as they wouldn't be close to what the airbags can do.
From personal use RAS does increase vertical lift on my truck. They do state that the RAS increases weight value by 50%. The ride does not get harsh like the previous air bags I had plus side to side sway and axle wrap is eliminated.
As far as 18 wheelers have an airbag suspension that' a horse of a different color. Their suspension is built from the ground up to be an air-suspension unlike pick ups which were not.
