I have 4,500# pin weight. My rear axle weighs 8,780#. I have a big tool box with two honda 2000's and about 150# in other tools plus the companion B&W. I think my truck sits level and has no air bags in pic.

So from what I see the op must have a bunch of rocks from Quartzite in RV and a big fuel tank in bed?

OP rig.

I am guessing he has a 2wd. The truck is sitting level. Look at the back of his RV it appears to be a bit higher so that would add more pin weight. He has more pin weight than he thinks. Or in bed fuel tank that is full?

Where is OP, maybe that tool box has a 70 gal diesel tank in the bottom? I did the math on that models dry pin weight to shipping weight and it was 22 percent. Apply that to the GVWR of the trailer and it was around 3200 pounds. Something does not add up. It wound if he moved the spacer under the spring pact to the top. Or if someone grabbed 2500 springs in place of the 3500 springs on the assembly line. Trailer does appear pretty level.

Maybe he will come back and post a full side on picture!

So his pin weight is possibly 100# lighter than mine, and again, MINE was also hooked up to and towed by a 2012 3500 Dually, crew cab, long bed and dropped NO where NEAR what I'm seeing in the OP's picture...it does look like it is really sagging....IF it does have a fuel tank, that could add weight, but wow, my 2010, 3500 Dually, crew cab long bed I had same 5er hooked to NEVER dropped the back end of the truck like I'm seeing in OP's picture. Something isn't right.

again, I'll ask if hitch has been mounted too far back on the truck?

I'd wonder if the hitch is too far back (toward rear of truck)...I had a 2010, loaded with present 5er, pin weight of 3300#, and it didn't squat ANYWHERE NEAR the picture I'm seeing of the OP's...The 13' with newer frame and beefed up suspension is a little better not dropping as much...
