Hi...thanks for info the bolts were the first thing I checked they did not seem to be loose at all they AC in liv room anyway. I just checked by fingers. I do not know how they could come loose or tighten as I have been sitting in the same spot for 3 yrs.:?

When neighbor got on top and cleaned out for second time looking to see if he could find where drain hole was or where water comes from he was scrapping out under the cover also and if that is where the gasket is he probably destroyed anything that was left it was grey crumbly?
I managed to get on top of roof after as someone else had mentioned the weep hole in drain pan could be clogged although I could not see that as it is probably inside that elec. housing and I was not going to mess with that and it wasn't disconnected from elec.
I will look on you tube also and lookup the gasket so I know WTH I am looking for...
