I bought myself a couple of TrailerSaver's once. The first came off eBay and when it got here all the head and pins were junk and completely wore out. I called TS and got a price on a new head. While on the phone with them it was determined that tI had an old model and would take some work to get it comparable to the ride of a new one. I was then told that they had a used one with less than 5k miles on it for sale. I was assured that it had a brand new head on it, so rather than sink the same amount of cash into my eBay one, I bought the used one from them with a warranty. When it arrived, I could hear something rolling around in the shrink wrapped pallett. I unwrapped it and it was a head pin that had fallen out. Not only did it not have a new head on it, but all the pins were worn out just like the eBay one. I sent it back. This is a major flaw with the design and they will not admit the problem. There are no bushings or grease fittings on any of the pins in the head. They machine the hole in the head and stick a pin in it.
