Alfa Leisure See Ya SYF35RL Slide motor and seal

Hi we have a Alfa Leisure See Ya SYF35RL and it sees the motor and seal for the main slide is not working. Anyone have this happen? Is it a big repair? Thanks for your advise, as you know I am b...

There are some tests that should be done first before knowing what might be wrong. Is there voltage going to the slide motor as these are not hydrulic slides? I'm not sure as I understand the "seal" situation. Did you try to crank it in by hand? By the way I'm an Alfa owner.
