Alfa Leisure See Ya SYF35RL Slide motor and seal

Hi we have a Alfa Leisure See Ya SYF35RL and it sees the motor and seal for the main slide is not working. Anyone have this happen? Is it a big repair? Thanks for your advise, as you know I am b...

Thanks for your reply. Seems like the wiring was tampered with so not sure of there is power...will check it out. Thank you for your help. Happy RVing
