Have you had the spring supports (shackles) checked? Sounds like they are moving.
Are you a curb hopper?
What kind of weights do you have on axles? Ever weigh rig?
Yes the roads are rough but 6 yrs. of FT travel....6 complete trips coast to coast/border to border (60,000 miles) and no change in axle placement.
Something is NOT right with your set up.........
Overloaded
Broken/weak spring supports
Worn spring bushes
Weakened u-bolts
