Similar problems with my KZ Escalade. Wore out a set of tires the first year. dealer said no warranty on running gear (tires, axles, suspension). KZ said same thing...trailer has 2 year warranty but it excludes running gear. Called axle manufacturer (Al-Ko) and you guessed it...no warranty. Had it aligned. Alignment place said axles (7000# X2) were junk and trailer should come with 8000-10000#. Weighs less than 15000 loaded (15000 is max as per KZ spec. Gone through another set of tires so when I get time, will be getting new (better) axles for my 2 yr old 5er.
