Have you ever weighed you 5'er to see what weight is on the axles?
Do you know exactly what weight capacity you axles are?
IMO you have a design issue or you are over loaded. I seriously doubt the roads would do that or 1/2 the RV'er's pulling TT's and 5'ers would be in alignment shops. There's crappy roads in a lot of the country. Even people that go to Alaska don't all come back and say "just got back from Alaska, ready for the alignment". Or as has been mentioned you hit a lot of curbs or stumps in CG's.
