We should all understand one thing. This product is not made from 100% aluminum. It's made from an aluminum alloy of some kind. We're not talking about beer can aluminum here.
It's possible to make super strong metals using aluminum as a base. As an example, helicopter blades as well as aircraft wings are made out of aluminum (alloys).
Some engine blocks are made out of aluninum but you can bet they're not made from 100% aluminum either.
I'm sure the same applies to Ford's F150.
