Glad to see you now have a comfortable tow, another happy TS3 owner. I am pleased you didn't "waste your money". I enjoy recommending the TS3, been there, done that with a fixed BW hitch. All trailer's dynamics are different with regard to chucking. Since one member's trailer doesn't chuck it doesn't necessarily follow that another's won't with the same gear.

I think the biggest issue is MOST people with the TrailAir TriGlide don't understand that there are 9 grease ZERKS. Three on each side that are visible and 3 underneath that are less accessible.

I have owned two with zero issues. Current one is rated at 21k and my RV is 23k and 26k when I have the Mororcycle trailer attached. Who knows it may fail the next trip out.

First I would get rid of that pin box or have it checked out. I had the same one and a trip back from down south the bottom plate rollers broke. I had to have the bottom plate welded solid so it wouldn't move. I greased every week and it still broke. it would bang like hell every time we stopped or took off. they will send a replacement bottom plate with no rollers

60# of air in my 5th Air Borne works for us. Rougher ride from truck that from hitch/RV.

NOT true! I run 100 and there is plenty of movement. It's relevant to what your pin weight is.

max working is 100 (no rebound)
ideal is 50 (max rebound)

I have had ZERO chucking with mu solid air bag Trail air and same with the TriGlide. The Jaw angle is so low it will NOT cause any Chucking! NOW if you are talking the AirBorn I would completely agree.

Chucking caused by a hitch it will likely have a Curt label.

You did the right thing ordering the TS3. It will be far superior to a TrailAir Pin Box and a standard hitch in reducing chucking forces. There are two types of forces generated by a fifth wheel trailer, bouncing and chucking. As the trailer's pin pushes down it also pushes forward (chucking).
