No I don't work for them, just stumbled across this on YouTube. Terrible "acting" but an interesting hitch. Only weighs 30#. VIDEO

It's possible to make super strong metals using aluminum as a base. As an example, helicopter blades as well as aircraft wings are made out of aluminum (alloys).
Some engine blocks are made out of aluninum but you can bet they're not made from 100% aluminum either.
I'm sure the same applies to Ford's F150.
You can explain this all day long, and hits on deaf ears. When you have group that knows nothing about them, but still comment on things they have no idea about, good example on this thread is they don't connect to the frame , they are blinded by their brand loyalty
If not mistaken Andersen hitches are built in the USA. I would get one in a heart beat ,if I didn't think there would be a time I might need a slider. Simplicity, strength ,and lightweight.
Wouldn't surprise me if they come out with a slider.
