Andersen Hitch Failure

Obviously there's more to the story... Having said that its obvious Andersen didn't design their hitch to cover the missing part of this story. Something's just can't be designed only in a office. Field testing is a very valuable attribute.

So now we've seen a B&W and now a Andersen fifth wheel hitch failure.
