The up and down motion is absorbed through the goose ball in the bed or the rails just like any other 5er!! It is then transfered to the truck suspension like it is supposed to!
Him again would like you to believe the design of the Anderson will destroy the truck bed but there has not been a single person to use it that has confirmed this has happened!! These guys want everyone to believe the only hitch out there is the B&W

The hitch is NOT supposed to absorb anything. Unless it is an air ride hitch.
