Other than being over the TV 10K GVWR by around 1,000, you should be fine. With a hitch and a few other things your truck will be over 8500 lbs ready to tow. Our SRW RAM 3500 is in the 8700-8900 range ready to tow with a manual slider. You will be close to the 6100 RGAWR.
