Your 16 250 will handle that FW easily. Yes, fully loaded, ready to camp, you may be some over GVWR, due to the heavy diesel over your front axle. You will have room for pin wt/hitch wt, on the rear axle. You have 350 tires/wheels on your 250. You likely won't even need air bags to level truck, to carry 2K lbs of pin wt. Most all FW pin wt is carried by the rear axle. Your front axle should only see 100 lbs, or less, from adding pin wt/hitch wt.
My 250, with HD service suspension, does not have a noticeable squat when I'm hooked up, ready to travel.
