OP, your truck is perfect for a 5th wheel that size. You will be under on all Manufacturers limits (and it will pull it like a train). My 5th wheel is a good bit heavier than yours and my old F250 was under all Manufacturers limits except 15lb over the 3/4 ton truck 10k GVWR limit.
