- JIMNLINExplorer IIINever.
I change mine out at 7 years and around 50k miles.
Now if I have rotated one if it gets flat spotted from braking issues at times. - Neal47ExplorerWhen I re-pack the wheel bearings annually, the tires come off to do this so I rotate them. Can't hurt and only takes a minute to roll the tires to the other side before putting them on.

What make and size is your 5th wheel? Chris - MM49ExplorerEverybody should rotate their trailer tires. My tires wear twice as fast on the right side, (kitchen side). - GsportExplorerThanks for the responses...
- Miles_AwayExplorerI service my brakes and axle bearings annually. I have x-ed my tires, just to get them rotating in the opposite direction (yes you can counter-rotate radial trailer tires), but generally I just swap front to rear on same side during the process. Tire rotation may not be necessary, but it makes me feel good.
- BurbManExplorer IIBalancing is important to tire life, rotation on a trailer not so much. Rotation on a TV is important because the drive/stop/steer functions cause the tires to wear differently and rotating maximizes their life by evening out the wear. On a trailer they all just roll along. Unless you have alignment issues that cause feathering, etc., rotating really won't do anything. Unless you put a lot of miles on the trailer, the tires will age out long before they wear out.
- Dick_BExplorerThis has been discussed previously. I rotate mine AND incorporate the spare(s). Try searching this Forum for `tires' then search the result for `rotate' or `rotating'.
