If I recall correctly, the Goodyear RV tire warranty for the 614 is 4 years from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. No tread wear warranty. You state the tires are nearly 5 years old and there was no damage to the trailer. Don't know what Goodyear will say but I wouldn't be too hopeful.
Also, given the trailer in your profile, I don't think there's a Michelin product you could put on short of going to Load Range H that wouldn't de-rate the axle capacity. If your current tires are 614's that suggests you have 7000 lb. axles on your trailer.
