another what tires do I need thread

OK shreaded one of my original Westlake tires this weekend. I put 9K on them last year ( trailer is a 2015) and I figured they wouldn't last long. I have some big trips coming up so want to upgrade all 4. My trailer is 8K# all in. The current tires are 225/75R15's Load Range D. Should I step up to "E's" - pros - cons? Brands?

    I had bad luck with them, to the point that I wouldn't trust them.

    Black and made of rubber....

    On my old trailer I had switched it over to E rated Maxxis and they were great for years, these replaced badyear marathons.
