Any Need To Worry About This Size Fuel/Tool Box In Bed?

I'm looking at the RDS Fuel Toolbox Combo 91 gal model# 72748. It measures 55" Wide (across the width of the bed) 22 1/4" tall 30" Deep (from the cab end of bed towards the tail gate) I don't ow...

Because our truck is for towing only we had KSH in Lake HavaSu build a custom 55 gal tank that fits between our tool box and awesome Reese Easyrider/airhitch and at the back is a V-box. Best money for towing for us as we buy for convenience not cost and the extra fuel does this for us. Plus if we would get a bad batch of fuel the other tank is filled at a different station so maybe a filter change and off we go. This has not happened yet. $1000,00 and 2 nights in a motel.
