I tow my Momentum which is 102" wide with a '17 F-350 saw crew cab short bed and it tows just fine. I use an Andersen hitch and can make a 90 degree turn, but just barely. With the Andersen hitch, you can mount the pin adapter either in front of or behind the pin to get the clearance you need.
You can also mount the rail version either way giving more clearance with the cab. The gooseneck version ,you cannot, it mounts just one direction. Not a fan of the gooseneck ball connection, much prefer the rail mount on all four corners.
