If I was to go with a ball-in-bed, the B&W is definitely my first choice.
Used one before, and really liked it. Pulled some very heavy stock trailers for a friend when his truck broke. Live stock is a whole other type of load... lol
For someone with a round shank, they could install rail slats on the bottom of the Andersen that fit into the bed grooves (akin to what B&W does for their Companion Hitch).
Between the pressure pulling the ball up, and the slats, it would keep the hitch base from trying to rotate in the bed.
