We are on our second season with our 3601 and we have been very pleased with it so far. We don't full time but we do use it a lot during 8 months of our season. We generally are the kind of people that take extra steps to take care of stuff like lowering the slam lock doors easily and closing drawers and cabinets easily instead of letting them slam shut. If I see something that is coming loose like a screw or something I fix it right then and there. Something that really get under my skin is seeing someone open the tailgate on a truck by just pulling the latch and letting it drop. I mean you have to pick it back up, why cant you let it down the same way? LOL
Like I said, this is only our second season but we have had zero problems out of ours and it is so much quieter inside then anything we have had before because of the way it is insulated. We also love the dual climate control operated by one thermostat and how it is so quite. Watch TV at a normal level while the A/C is full blast. When we bought ours we looked at Montana, Alpine , Avalanche , Cedar Creek , Cardinal and one other that I can't remember and other than the Cedar Creek we felt that the Sanibel was built just as good and more bag for the buck than any of them with the exception of the Cedar Creek.
