We don't think it is the audible low battery warning. Its wired into the 12 volt system and it has a battery backup. The RV is less then a year old.
It is a loud sustained siren sort of. It woke me up after an ambien and with me using a CPAP and a white noise machine. You can't sleep or ignore it.
I do think it is detecting carbon monoxide. It turned itself off after we opened and used the ceiling fan in kitchen and bathroom and aired the unit out and turned off the Onan and fridge, which was running on propane.
Mud Nationals does not require people to snorkel exhaust up.
Obvioulsy, I am cranky this morning. No sleep.
