Pick your favorite mfg, then your floor plan. Find a dealer that you're comfortable dealing with and have them put the level up system on your trailer. You'll LOVE it!
We had a Montana without the levelers then we bought the Suites. We LOVE being able to just push one button and let the trailer do it's thing. Makes things sooo much easier when you get to the campground. Can you live without the leveling system? Absolutely! It's like having a micro wave or a cordless phone, can you live without them, sure but they can sure spoil ya in a hurry.
