Our first Montana did not have the 6-point level up. If I kept that unit I probably would not have had it put on.
The new Montana had it as standard. Now that I have used it for almost a year, I am not sure I would ever go back to a fiver without the system.
If you don't move your unit very often you will have to take a minute and re-familiarize yourself with the control panel. But the whole thing is pretty simple. I always use mine in "manual" mode.
And as someone else already mentioned, you can raise your tires off the ground if you need to. For me it is a really good safe way to grease my bearings.
