The buzzing comes from the relay not 'sealing up'. When it energizes, the two metal parts must make a good, solid contact. Dirt between them will make them buzz. They buzz long enough, the surfaces get 'roughed up' making it buzz worse. A little cleaning, and if necessary, putting a piece of emery cloth on a flat surface and sanding the pole pieces flat will do the trick.
