That really isn't possible in Silverton. The routes used to go exploring the old mines and what not are not trails, they are county roads, which are used by street legal vehicle traffic. There's no way to make OHV routes through already owned property through town to bypass the city streets in order to gain access to the spots where the ATVs/OHVs had to trailer to before, the main one was at Eureka.
