Big rig shops can do it. Semi's have solid front axles. Another option is to replace the axle - basically the cost of the axle plus a brake and bearing service to swap over the parts (probably a better long term solution). I don't know if Stone's there in San Marcos has the capability though. Don't think I'd use CW in NB. Maybe Southwest Trailers in SA or Magnum Trailers in SA or Austin.
