Except if both wheels on the same side are off camber by the same amount. They will both measure the same, but both can be well out of spec. You can compare to the other side. But that really doesn't tell you anything.
Don't try to cheap out. Get a professional analysis. It would be bad for you to go through all these shenanigans and then find yourself replacing a couple $400 tires after another 1000 miles.
Not to mention... if one of the caps peels off a tire... you could have damage to the trailer structuer. DO NOT ignore this wear... learned the expensive way..
