Axles
This may sound pretty basic......but I'm wondering how you determine axle rating (5K vs 6K) on a trailer? If looking at a manufacturer's website and they don't list that for a particular fifth-wheel...

To answer one of you re: what trailer: We're looking at the Keystone Sprinter Copper Canyon 269FWRLS and I saw it came with 15" tires (ST's I'm sure) but could not find an axle rating and couldn't get a response from Keystone, at least yet. The factory specs show 8,739 dry, capacity of 3,094 and thus a GVRW of 11,833. I'm thinking the 15" tires should be replaced with 16's but wondered about axle ratings for this one.
