I have a Peak wireless camera that I've used for 6 years now to keep an eye on my Goldwing on a trailer behind my 5er.
I made a suction cup mount from an old GPS mount to stick it on the inside of the rear window. I put the antenna near the front of the 5er and it works well. I don't leave it on continuously as I read they don't last well when on all the time. I powered mine from the running light circuit and just turn them on when I want to check on things.
I occasionally have a little interference in town from local wireless security systems but no issue on the open road.
