Long 5ers have long rear overhangs. The only way you will resolve that problem, short of modifying the drive, is to use boards to raise the rear wheels before the rear of the 5er makes contact with the drive. Then removing the boards after the 5er wheels are up on the drive and before the truck wheels reach them. Since the pin box is in front of the 5er, raising the rear of the 5er will also lift the front overhang up from the bed rails.
