Bal customer service.

Just want to say AWESOME JOB to Bal customer service!!! I bought 3 sets of the Bal lock-arm stabilizers last summer. I got them from Amazon. Com. When I received them one of the three pairs were slightly different. Main difference was that the locking bolts were painted black. The others apparently were zinc plated. Sent an email to Bal's customer service department explained how the stabilizers were different and that the black locking bolts were now quite rusted. Asked if there had been a design change. They replied yes there had been a change to the zinc plated bolts.
Just received two new zinc plated bolts in the mail free of charge!!
I was willing to buy them but will gladly accept free.
Love our stabilizers before, even more so now! Thanks Bal!!!!
