Ground strap, If thats good ,,, How did you charge? was it at home from shore, from your tow vehicle, are you in a CG?
Even if the power goes out occasionally the batteries should still charge up.
You said the batteries were back to full later, and after that, how much were they used before it seemed to be almost dead again? That may be a bad battery if it doesnt hold any more than a few minutes usage, but if your plugged in, the converter should be providing whats needed to keep the lights on, You may be running on batteries more than you realize, the CG power may be out more than believed.
