I have one of these https://www.pulsetech.net/store/solar-battery-chargers/12v-solar-chargers/sp-12-solarpulse-12v-battery-solar-charger-maintainer-12w.html that I use on my FW to keep the battery up. I replaced the ring connectors with gator clips. Was in storage for several months and the batteries (2 6v) were fully charged and had virtually zero water loss. We also have 2 others on 2 of our tractors. These are designed for long-term storage, like emergency vehicles, and are very robust.
